WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Design intuitive, visually compelling dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau and Power   that enable enterprise decision-making.

• Transform complex business questions into clear, meaningful data stories that drive action across Marketing, Finance, Treasury, Risk, Product, and other business functions.

• Partner with business leaders, analysts, BI engineers, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable reporting solutions that meet enterprise needs.

• Champion enterprise data visualization standards, governance practices, and design principles that improve consistency, usability, and trust in reporting.

• Help administer Tableau and Power BI environments, including permissions, content organization, governance, and platform best practices.

• Guide analysts across the organization by mentoring on dashboard design, storytelling techniques, accessibility, and visualization best practices.

• Evaluate emerging visualization trends, tools, and industry practices to continuously improve   reporting capabilities and user experience.

• Conduct technical demonstrations, knowledge-sharing sessions, and presentations with stakeholders ranging from analysts to executive leadership.

• Collaborate with Enterprise Data Management, BI Engineering, and Analytics teams to ensure high-quality, trusted, and well-governed enterprise reporting solutions.

• Support data governance initiatives by promoting high-quality datasets, visualization standards, and consistent reporting practices across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Mathematics, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Minimum 7 years of experience delivering enterprise business intelligence, reporting, and analytics solutions, including designing interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.

• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into intuitive, scalable reporting and visualization solutions.

• Working knowledge of   and experience supporting enterprise business intelligence environments, including data preparation, visualization governance, permissions, and platform administration.

• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across technical and business audiences.
